Technical requirements according to the JIS G3463 standard
This Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) regulates the technical delivery conditions for stainless steel tubes intended for use in heat exchange units. Products supplied by EV Group China fully comply with these standards and are used for equipping boiler superheaters, condensers, as well as in technological lines of petrochemical plants. The standard does not apply to tubes used in heating furnaces.
To ensure high product quality, EV Group China strictly monitors the parameters specified in the additional annexes of the standard:
- Z1: Hardness test.
- Z2: Determination of yield strength at elevated temperatures.
- Z3: Ultrasonic testing.
- Z4: Eddy current testing.
- Z6: Evaluation of resistance to intergranular corrosion.
- Annex 2: Technical requirements for U-bend tubes.
