Technical Specifications and Scope
This specification establishes strict requirements for the production of heat-treated carbon-manganese-silicon steel plates. Products supplied by EV Group China are optimized for use in welded constructions and pressure vessels.
According to the technical regulations, the rolled steel is classified into three main classes, which differ in heat treatment method and limiting mechanical properties:

EV Group China ensures the supply of metal in accordance with established thickness limits: up to 100 mm (4 inches) for Class 1 products and up to 150 mm (6 inches) for Class 2 and 3 products.
When designing, it is important to consider that the values in inch-pound units and SI units are independent standards. To ensure the accuracy of engineering calculations, use only one system without attempting to convert or combine data.
Note: For the integration of materials into projects complying with ASME standards (boilers and pressure vessels), it is necessary to follow the SA-537 / SA-537M specification, presented in Section II of the relevant regulatory documents.
