Technical regulation and scope of the EN 10241 standard
The European standard EN 10241 defines strict requirements for the production and quality of steel threaded fittings. The scope of this regulation covers products with a nominal diameter (DN) from 6 to 150 mm inclusive. The manufacturing process for the fittings is based on the use of seamless and welded steel pipes, as well as hot forging and rolling methods for bar stock.
