How is product quality controlled?
Our office in China carries out a mandatory on-site factory audit prior to contract signing. Control at all stages: raw materials → production → shipment.
- Pre-production audit: verification of licences, capacities, references and factory certification
- Incoming raw material control: cross-checking material certificates against GB/T, GOST, DIN requirements
- In-process production control: random measurements and tests directly on the production line
- Pre-shipment inspection: final batch check with photo/video report prior to shipment
Cross-check against GOST, GB/T, DIN, ISO. Verification of heat certificates and chemical composition.
We work with rolled metal products batches from 20 tonnes (MOQ). Smaller volumes are inspected on request.
Ultrasonic flaw detection, wall thickness measurement, geometry inspection, anti-corrosion coating control.
What delivery and logistics terms do you offer?
We operate under all international Incoterms. We optimise the route and customs clearance to suit your budget and deadlines.
FOB (Chinese port): you manage the main freight, we provide delivery to port and export clearance
CIF (port of destination): we handle freight, insurance and documentation to your port
DDP (door-to-door): full turnkey support with payment of duties and VAT in the destination country
Minimum volumes:
- Metal products: from 20 tonnes (optimal for our expertise in rolled metal products)
- Other consumer goods: from 500–1,000 pcs. depending on category and branding complexity
How does the order process work?
- Briefing and technical specifications: we fix product parameters, logo, packaging, deadlines and budget
- Sourcing and audit: we select 2–3 factories, our office in China carries out an on-site audit
- Sample and approval: we produce a pre-production sample and approve it with you
- Production and QC: we launch the batch with stage-by-stage control and provide reports
- Logistics and customs: we arrange delivery under the chosen basis (FOB/CIF/DDP)
- Documents and support: we provide the full export documentation package and tracking until receipt
