1. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”<\/a> and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by Evgeniy Vladimirovich Burdin (625028, Russia, Tyumen Region, Tyumen) (hereinafter \u2014 the Operator).<\/p>\n\n

1.1. The Operator’s primary objective and prerequisite for conducting its activities is to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals when collecting and processing their personal data.<\/p>\n\n

1.2. This Personal Data Processing Policy of the Operator (hereinafter \u2014 the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https:\/\/evgroup.pro\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

1.3. The Policy applies to personal data processing relationships that arose both before and after the approval of this Policy.<\/p>\n\n

1.4. In compliance with Part 2, Article 18.1 of the Personal Data Law, this Policy is published in the public domain on the Operator’s website. <\/p>\n\n

2. Key Terms Used in the Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

2.1. Blocking of personal data \u2014 temporary suspension of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);<\/p>\n\n

2.2. Website \u2014 a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their accessibility on the internet at https:\/\/evgroup.pro\/<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n

2.3. Personal data information system \u2014 a set of personal data contained in databases, together with the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;<\/p>\n\n

2.4. Anonymisation of personal data \u2014 actions as a result of which it is impossible, without additional information, to determine that personal data belongs to a specific User or other personal data subject;<\/p>\n\n

2.5. Processing of personal data \u2014 actions aimed at the accumulation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, dissemination, anonymisation, blocking, and destruction of personal data;<\/p>\n\n

2.6. Operator \u2014 a government authority, individual and\/or legal entity that collects, processes, and protects personal data;<\/p>\n\n

2.7. Personal data \u2014 any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https:\/\/evgroup.pro\/<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n

2.8. User \u2014 any visitor to the website https:\/\/evgroup.pro\/<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n

2.9. Dissemination of personal data \u2014 actions that result in the transfer of personal data, including through mass media or by providing access to personal data by any other means;<\/p>\n\n

2.10. Cross-border transfer of personal data \u2014 the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign government authority, or to a foreign individual or legal entity;<\/p>\n\n

2.11. Destruction of personal data \u2014 any actions as a result of which personal data is irreversibly destroyed with no possibility of restoring the content of the personal data in the personal data information system, and\/or the physical media containing personal data is destroyed.<\/p>\n\n

2.12. Cookies \u2014 small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s device, which the web client or browser transmits to the web server with each HTTP request when attempting to load a page of the respective website.<\/p>\n\n

2.13. IP address \u2014 the unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.<\/p>\n\n

3. Personal Data That the Operator May Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

3.1. Personal information that the User provides independently, including:<\/p>\n\n

– Full name;<\/p>\n\n

– Email address;<\/p>\n\n

– Phone<\/p>\n\n

– Place of employment;<\/p>\n\n

– Industry;<\/p>\n\n

– Job title;<\/p>\n\n

– Photographs.<\/p>\n\n

3.2. Data automatically transmitted to the Website’s services during use via software installed on the User’s device, including: IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other application used to access the services), technical specifications of the User’s hardware and software, date and time of access, addresses of requested pages, and other anonymised visitor data collected via web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, UIS, and others).<\/p>\n\n

3.3. Any personal information collected by Yandex Metrica, UIS, and Bitrix24 within their standard functionality \u2014 including information not specified in clause 3.2 \u2014 is subject to secure storage and non-disclosure. Such information is used solely to identify and resolve technical issues on the website and to conduct anonymised audience analysis.<\/p>\n\n

3.4. The above data is hereinafter collectively referred to in this Policy as “Personal Data”.<\/p>\n\n

3.5 The Operator does not process special categories of personal data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, or intimate life, except as provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n\n

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

4.1. The User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy.<\/p>\n\n

4.2. The purposes of processing the User’s personal data are: to collect and process anonymised data about website visitors in order to improve EV Group Metal’s services, and to collect and process personal data of website visitors in order to fulfil informational and commercial inquiries submitted by visitors to Evgeniy Vladimirovich Burdin.<\/p>\n\n

4.3. Where the User has consented to receiving promotional information (including marketing newsletters), the Operator is entitled to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and events. The User may unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to pr@evgroup.pro<\/a> with the subject line “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services, and special offers”. <\/p>\n\n

4.4. Anonymised User data collected via web analytics services is used to gather information about User behaviour on the website and to improve the website’s quality and content.<\/p>\n\n

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

5.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data comprise a set of regulatory legal acts in accordance with which the Operator processes personal data, including:<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 The Constitution of the Russian Federation;<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 The Civil Code of the Russian Federation;<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Federal Law No. 14-FZ of 08 February 1998 “On Limited Liability Companies”;<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Federal Law No. 402-FZ of 06 December 2011 “On Accounting”;<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 other regulatory legal acts governing relations connected with the Operator’s activities.<\/p>\n\n

5.2 The legal grounds for processing personal data also include:<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 contracts concluded between the Operator and personal data subjects;<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 consent of personal data subjects to the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n\n

5.3 The Operator processes the User’s personal data only where the User has independently completed and\/or submitted it via the dedicated forms on the website https:\/\/evgroup.pro\/<\/a>, or via email to the addresses listed on the website https:\/\/evgroup.pro\/<\/a>, or via messaging applications to the phone numbers listed on the website https:\/\/evgroup.pro\/<\/a>. By completing the relevant forms and\/or submitting personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their agreement with this Policy. <\/p>\n\n

5.4. The Operator processes anonymised data about the User where this is permitted by the User’s browser settings (with cookie storage and JavaScript enabled).<\/p>\n\n

6. Procedure for Collecting, Storing, Transferring, and Otherwise Processing Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organisational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable personal data protection legislation.<\/p>\n\n

6.2. The Operator ensures the preservation of personal data and takes all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to personal data.<\/p>\n\n

6.3. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except where required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n\n

6.4. If inaccuracies are identified in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator at pr@evgroup.pro<\/a> with the subject line “Personal Data Update”.<\/p>\n\n

6.5. The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator at pr@evgroup.pro<\/a> with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”. <\/p>\n\n

6.6 Grounds for terminating the processing of personal data include: achievement of the processing purposes, expiry or withdrawal of the data subject’s consent, and identification of unlawful processing of personal data.<\/p>\n\n

6.7. Upon receipt of a request from a personal data subject to cease processing their personal data, the Operator shall stop processing within no more than 10 business days from the date of receipt, except as provided by the Personal Data Law. This period may be extended by no more than five business days, provided the Operator sends the data subject a reasoned notification stating the grounds for the extension. <\/p>\n\n

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

7.1. Prior to initiating a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must verify that the foreign state to which the personal data is to be transferred ensures adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.<\/p>\n\n

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and\/or in performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.<\/p>\n\n

8. Principal Rights and Obligations of the Parties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

8.1. The Operator is entitled to:<\/p>\n\n

1) independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to fulfil the obligations set out in the Personal Data Law and the regulatory acts adopted thereunder, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws;<\/p>\n\n

2) entrust the processing of personal data to another person, with the consent of the personal data subject, on the basis of a contract concluded with that person, unless otherwise provided by federal law. The person processing personal data on behalf of the Operator must comply with the principles and rules for processing personal data set out in the Personal Data Law, maintain the confidentiality of personal data, and take the necessary measures to fulfil the obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law; <\/p>\n\n

3) in the event that a personal data subject withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator may continue processing personal data without such consent where grounds exist as specified in the Personal Data Law.<\/p>\n\n

8.2. The Operator is obliged to:<\/p>\n\n

1) organise the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;<\/p>\n\n

2) respond to requests and inquiries from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;<\/p>\n\n

3) provide the required information to the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data subjects’ rights (the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media \u2014 Roskomnadzor) within 10 business days of receiving a request. This period may be extended by no more than five business days, provided the Operator sends Roskomnadzor a reasoned notification stating the grounds for the extension; <\/p>\n\n

4) in the manner prescribed by the federal executive authority responsible for security, ensure cooperation with the state system for detecting, preventing, and responding to computer attacks on the information resources of the Russian Federation, including reporting computer incidents that have resulted in the unlawful transfer (provision, dissemination, or access) of personal data.<\/p>\n\n

8.3. Principal rights of personal data subjects. A personal data subject has the right to: <\/p>\n\n

1) obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data, except as provided by federal laws. The Operator shall provide such information to the personal data subject in an accessible form, and it must not contain personal data relating to other subjects, except where there are lawful grounds for disclosure. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the Personal Data Law; <\/p>\n\n

2) request that the Operator rectify, block, or destroy their personal data where it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated processing purpose, and to take legally prescribed measures to protect their rights;<\/p>\n\n

3) give prior consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of marketing goods, works, and services;<\/p>\n\n

4) lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or seek judicial redress against any unlawful actions or inaction by the Operator in the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n\n

8.4. Compliance with the requirements of this Policy is monitored by the authorised person responsible for organising personal data processing at the Operator.<\/p>\n\n

8.5. Liability for violations of the requirements of Russian Federation legislation in the field of personal data processing and protection is determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n\n

9. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

9.1. The User may obtain any clarifications regarding questions relating to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator at pr@evgroup.pro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

9.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in force indefinitely until replaced by a new version. <\/p>\n\n
