At EV Group China, we strictly adhere to these standards to ensure the stable performance of spring elements in high axial load assemblies.

The regulation establishes rigid quality criteria, including:

Technological tolerances for geometric parameters and force characteristics of the products.

Minimum material requirements that ensure the necessary elastic limit.

Durability and cyclic fatigue standards for operation under heavy-duty conditions.

Permissible stress relaxation values under static loads.

The parameters specified in the standard are basic (minimum acceptable) to ensure the reliability of industrial equipment. The springs are classified into three design groups, taking into account geometry specifics and the presence of bearing surfaces.

Figure 1 – Design features of Group 1 and 2 disc spring cross-sections (without bearing surface).

Figure 2 – Design of Group 3 disc springs (bearing surface provided for force transmission).

[116,122
post-66905","wiki","type-wiki","status-publish","hentry","wiki_category-din","wiki_category-standarty
["GET
