The document serves as a basic reference for the classification of metal products in the cast state.<\/p>\n<p>Standardized alphanumeric codes (e.g., G-SnBz10 and its numerical equivalent 2.1050.01) are used to identify cast bronzes. When labeling EV Group China products, both alphabetical and numerical designations may be used, provided that the alloy can be unambiguously identified as agreed upon with the customer.<\/p>\n<h3>Quality Control and Acceptance Testing<\/h3>\n<p>Control procedures, including acceptance tests in accordance with DIN 50049, are determined at the order formation stage. During melt analysis, the concentration of main alloying components, as well as the lead and zinc content, must be monitored. Analysis of trace impurities is performed exclusively within the framework of arbitration procedures for claims.<\/p>\n<p>Arbitration chemical analysis is carried out in accordance with current &#8220;Metal Analysis&#8221; methods approved by the specialized committees of German metallurgical associations.<\/p>\n<h3>Mechanical Properties and Testing Methodology<\/h3>\n<p>The specified strength indicators are relevant for samples with a wall thickness of approximately 25 mm. It is important to consider that the cast structure is non-homogeneous: strength indicators in the surface layers of the casting are naturally higher than in the central part of the cross-section.
