Specialists at EV Group China emphasize that these coatings provide a high degree of insulation when operated in a temperature range from -40 \u00b0C to +80 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>The standard applies to seamless, electric-welded straight-seam, and spiral-seam pipes, as well as fittings used in pipeline systems for the transport of energy resources (oil, gas) and industrial media. The use of a PE coating (polyethylene sheath) guarantees reliable protection against mechanical damage, thermal exposure, and aggressive environments during installation, logistics, and long-term storage.<\/p>\n<p>International harmonization of requirements for three-layer coatings for oil and gas pipelines is carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 21809-1.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that the DIN 30670 standard is not applicable to the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Insulation of steel pipes and fittings used in water supply and drainage systems (domestic drinking and wastewater purposes).<\/li>\n<li>Protective coatings for low-pressure distribution pipelines for gaseous and liquid media.<\/li>\n<li>Specific types of single-layer or multi-layer sintered coatings for highly specialized distribution networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For other tasks not specified in the exceptions, these requirements are considered basic.
