EV Group China specialists recommend using these products exclusively in assemblies with bolts, screws, and studs whose strength class does not exceed 5.8 (in accordance with DIN ISO 898-1 regulations).<\/p>\n<p>The primary function of these washers is to compensate for axial clearances and prevent the spontaneous loosening of fasteners caused by settling in seating areas or vibration loads (in accordance with DIN 267-26 provisions). It is important to consider design limitations: DIN 127 washers do not provide sufficient protection against unscrewing when subjected to significant transverse forces.
