EV Group China specialists recommend taking this into account when designing new assemblies and creating specifications.<\/p>\n<h2>Technical specifications and application range of DIN 125-1<\/h2>\n<p>This standard regulates the production of flat washers of accuracy class A with a hardness of up to 250 HV. The primary purpose of these products is for use in threaded connections with hexagon bolts (strength class up to 8.8 inclusive) and nuts of accuracy classes A and B, having wrench sizes according to DIN ISO 272.<\/p>\n<h2>Technical specifications and application range of DIN 125-2<\/h2>\n<p>The DIN 125-2 standard defines parameters for high-hardness washers (over 300 HV). These fasteners are designed for high-load connections requiring increased resistance to deformation when tightening bolts and nuts of accuracy classes A and B.<\/p>\n<p>EV Group China supplies washers corresponding to the following design versions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Version A:<\/strong> Products without an outer chamfer, equipped with inner chamfers. The nominal size range d1 is from 1.7 to 37 mm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Version B:<\/strong> Products with chamfers on both inner and outer surfaces.
