Products supplied by EV Group China meet strict geometric tolerances.<\/p>\n<p>Technical specifications cover the following standard sizes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profile height: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60 mm.<\/li>\n<li>Profile width: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 mm.<\/li>\n<li>Wall thickness: from 1.5 to 3 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Technical Specifications according to DIN 2395-2<\/h2>\n<p>DIN 2395-2 establishes manufacturing requirements for precision tubular products. Structural steel grades are used in production: B137-3, RB1 37-2, IIB1 37-2, B1 44-2. Products are manufactured using cold forming followed by electric pressure welding. Standard delivery lengths are up to 9 meters. EV Group China provides the option for custom orders of tubes with non-standard geometric parameters upon consultation with the technical department.
