The nominal diameter range covers from DN 10 to DN 250.

Structurally, the product is a disc with mounting holes and a tapered hub (neck) that ensures a smooth transition to the pipe being welded. This geometry minimizes stress concentration in the weld zone, which is critical for oil and gas, energy, and chemical industry facilities where EV Group China operates.

Product regulations include requirements for material composition, sealing surface treatment methods, and calculated weight values. Manufacturing processes and product marking are based on DIN 2519 standards, and requirements for sealing types comply with DIN 2526.

Manufacturing Materials

Corrosion-resistant (stainless) steels.

Carbon structural steels.

Low- and high-alloy steels.

Heat-resistant (refractory) alloys.

When using C22 grade steel in the standard version, the permissible operating temperature is up to 120°C while maintaining nominal pressure. In the range from 120°C to 300°C, design parameters must account for the reduction in the yield strength of the metal.

Important note: The DIN 2629 standard has been archived.
