EV Group China products comply with these specifications, ensuring high corrosion resistance and reliability in critical industrial environments.<\/p>\n<p>The chemical composition of the alloys must strictly comply with the limits set for nickel, copper, iron, manganese, carbon, silicon, and sulfur. Chemical performance control is carried out at the metal smelting stage. Finished products undergo comprehensive testing, including tensile testing, yield strength determination, and elongation measurements.<\/p>\n<p>To confirm structural integrity, every pipe supplied by EV Group China undergoes mandatory non-destructive testing\u2014hydrostatic or electrical tests in accordance with ASTM protocols. For heat-treated products, the allowable fiber stress is calculated.<\/p>\n<p>The specification also covers requirements for hot-worked materials; individual property parameters can be agreed upon between the EV Group China engineering department and the customer for specific operating conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The standard uses inch-pound units; values in the SI system are for reference only.
