The process ensures high corrosion resistance of products while eliminating the risk of hydrogen embrittlement, which is critical for high-strength fasteners.<\/p>\n<p>EV Group China&#8217;s technology allows for controlling coating thickness across a wide range up to and including 107 \u03bcm. According to the standard classification, there are seven main coating thickness classes. Products meeting the highest classes are classified as &#8220;mechanically galvanized&#8221; and are used in highly aggressive environmental conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>Features and Operational Safety<\/h3>\n<p>When using products manufactured according to the ASTM B695 specification, EV Group China engineers recommend considering that this regulation does not cover all aspects of safety during operation in extreme conditions. The responsibility for assessing the applicability of a specific coating class to operating conditions lies with the assembly designer.<\/p>\n<p>Important technical compliances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coating characteristics fully comply with the requirements of international specifications A153\/A153M.<\/li>\n<li>The standard is compatible with the requirements of MIL-C-81562.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All metric parameters specified in the documentation are reference values.
