The material structure is characterized by graphite inclusions of a predominantly spheroidal shape, which minimizes the presence of graphite phases of other morphological types according to A644 terminology. The technological capabilities of EV Group China allow for the production of critical fastening components from this material: flange bolts, wing nuts, cylindrical locknuts, as well as specialized high-strength hinge and connecting assemblies.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to consider that the standard establishes limits for physical and mechanical properties based on test coupons. A direct correlation between the characteristics of a control specimen and the properties of specific zones of a complex casting is not linear due to crystallization specifics (detailed information is provided in Appendix X1 of the standard).<\/p>\n<p>Measurement system: in technical documentation, values in inch-pound units are the priority.
