EV Group China technologies ensure full compliance of the supplied valves with these specifications.<\/p>\n<p>The standards apply to products with the following geometric parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Metric nominal diameters: DN 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, and 100.<\/li>\n<li>Inch system sizes (NPS): 1\/4, 3\/8, 1\/2, 3\/4, 1, 1 1\/4, 1 1\/2, 2, 2 1\/2, 3, 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The regulation covers pressure classes: 150, 300, 600, 800, and 1500. The intermediate class 800 is the industry standard for compact valves with threaded or socket weld connections.<\/p>\n<p>The EV Group China technical specification includes the following design versions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&#038;Y) gate valves in the range of DN 8\u2013100 (NPS 1\/4\u20134).<\/li>\n<li>Inside Screw Rising Stem (ISRS) valves for diameters DN 8\u201365 (NPS 1\/4\u20132 1\/2) at pressures up to class 800.<\/li>\n<li>Welded or threaded end valves (DN 8\u201365, classes 800\u20131500).<\/li>\n<li>Flanged and butt-weld connections (DN 15\u2013100, classes 150\u20131500).<\/li>\n<li>Body connection types: bolted, welded, threaded (for classes up to 1500), and union nut (up to class 800).<\/li>\n<li>Extended body versions (DN 15\u201350, classes 800\u20131500) and bellows stem sealing for critical media containment.<\/li>\n<li>Various port configurations (standard and full port).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EV Group China production processes are based on international standards: flange dimensions comply with ASME B16.5, threaded connections with ASME B1.20.1, and weld ends with ASME B16.11. All products undergo rigorous quality control and testing according to API regulations.
