Scope of the Standard<\/h2>\n<p>This technical regulation establishes comprehensive requirements for seamless stainless steel pipes intended for the transport of liquid media. The document covers classification, coding systems, ordering procedures, geometric parameters (dimensions and tolerances), surface condition requirements, mass, physical and mechanical properties, laboratory testing methods, acceptance rules, as well as standards for marking, packaging, and quality documentation for products supplied by EV Group China.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Normative References<\/h2>\n<p>Application of this standard requires compliance with the provisions of the following normative documents. Classification and Nomenclature<\/h2>\n<p><strong>3.1<\/strong> Depending on the production technology, pipes from EV Group China are classified as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>W-H: Hot-deformed (extruded, rolled);<\/li>\n<li>W-C: Cold-deformed (drawn, cold-rolled).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.2<\/strong> According to the accuracy of geometric parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PA: Standard accuracy;<\/li>\n<li>PC: High accuracy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.3<\/strong> Symbols: D \u2014 outside diameter, S \u2014 nominal wall thickness, Smin \u2014 minimum wall thickness.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Ordering Parameters<\/h2>\n<p>When placing a specification with EV Group China, it is necessary to indicate: the standard (number), item name, steel grade, size (D x S), total supply volume (tonnage or length), delivery terms, and any additional requirements (special tests, certification).<\/p>\n<h2>5. Geometry, Appearance, and Mass<\/h2>\n<p><strong>5.1.1<\/strong> Supply is carried out based on nominal diameter and wall thickness.
