The EV Group China product range includes low-carbon steels optimized for cold forming processes (see Table 1), as well as structural steels (see Table 2) with a nominal thickness of up to 3.0 mm. The standard chemical composition of the protective alloy includes 55% aluminum, 1.6% silicon, and the remainder is zinc. It should be noted that a significant increase in coating thickness may reduce ductility and complicate the welding process.<\/p>\n<h2>Surface quality classification<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Supplied products are classified into three categories:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Category A:<\/strong> Minor defects are allowed, such as spangle heterogeneity, dark spots, passivation marks, or slight scratches.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Category B:<\/strong> Surface after additional skin-passing.
