EV Group China recommends using the current regulatory framework when designing critical components.<\/p>\n<h2>Technical Regulation DIN 2393-1: Dimensions and Geometric Tolerances<\/h2>\n<p>This part of the standard describes the geometric parameters and size ranges for high-precision tubes. The products are designed in accordance with the recommendations of ISO\/DIS 3304 and are widely used in mechanical engineering, hydraulic systems, and the manufacturing of structural elements with strict tolerances.<\/p>\n<p>The size range includes the following parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outside diameter: 20, 22, 25, 26, 28, 30, 32, 35, 38, 40, 42, 45, 48, 50, 55 mm.<\/li>\n<li>Nominal inside diameter: from 16 to 53 mm.<\/li>\n<li>Wall thickness: 1; 1.2; 1.5; 1.8; 2; 2.2; 2.5 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manufacturing precision is regulated by the following limit deviations:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Deviations for outside diameter:\n<ul>\n<li>20\u201330 mm: \u00b1 0.08 mm;<\/li>\n<li>32\u201340 mm: \u00b1 0.15 mm;<\/li>\n<li>42\u201350 mm: \u00b1 0.20 mm;<\/li>\n<li>55 mm: \u00b1 0.25 mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Deviations for wall thickness: \u00b1 7.5%.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For products requiring different tolerances or operation as high-pressure pipelines, EV Group China allows the use of dimensional characteristics according to DIN 2448, provided that class C quality requirements are met.<\/p>\n<h2>Technical Delivery Conditions according to DIN 2393-2<\/h2>\n<p>The second part of the standard defines acceptance protocols and technical requirements for the delivery condition of tubes manufactured according to DIN 2393-1. Products supplied by EV Group China can be classified by the type of heat treatment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NBK (Normalisiert) \u2014 normalized tubes;<\/li>\n<li>BK (Blank) \u2014 tubes without subsequent heat treatment (cold-drawn);<\/li>\n<li>GBK (Gegl\u00fcht) \u2014 annealed tubes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The standard length of supplied products is up to 9.0 meters.
