This product line is a critical component for high-pressure main gas pipeline infrastructure, oil transportation systems, as well as metering units, compressor stations, and distribution facilities.<\/p>\n<p>EV Group China supplies components that comply with this standard, ensuring strict control over geometric parameters, tolerances, chemical composition, and mechanical properties (including impact toughness and tensile strength limits). The standard covers high-strength fittings up to and including NPS 60. For products with a diameter of NPS 14 and smaller, dimensional requirements correlate with the ASME B16.9 standard.<\/p>\n<p>The category of butt-weld fittings includes: elbows (including segmented and U-bends), bends, caps, tees, multi-outlet headers, reducing transitions, and expanders. In cases where operational loads require parameters beyond the scope of MSS SP-75, design is carried out in accordance with ASME B31 codes for high-pressure pipelines or per individual customer technical specifications.<\/p>\n<p>EV Group China provides the option to order fittings with non-standard configurations, sizes, or materials.
