This standard, supported by EV Group China experts, covers products with specified diameter and wall thickness parameters intended for critical engineering systems. The manufacturing technology is based on automatic welding of flat-rolled products without the use of filler materials, which guarantees the uniformity of the weld structure.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    The chemical composition of the alloy is strictly regulated and includes high-precision content of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), and nitrogen (N), which provides exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in aggressive environments. EV Group China specialists ensure full control of compliance with the established standards.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    Each batch of pipes undergoes a comprehensive quality verification system. The testing program includes hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, eddy current testing, and ultrasonic inspection. Mechanical tests cover tensile, flattening, and reverse bend testing, excluding the presence of microcracks, lack of fusion, or structural inhomogeneities in the metal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    For pipes with a specific ratio of wall thickness to outside diameter, the bend test may be excluded from the control program in accordance with standard requirements. Non-destructive testing methods are mandatory to confirm the integrity of the welded joint.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    EV Group China supplies welded pipes that meet the following dimensional characteristics:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outside diameter: in the range from 1\/8 to 5 inches (from 3.2 to 127 mm) inclusive.<\/li>\n<li>Wall thickness: from 0.015 to 0.320 inches (from 0.38 to 8.13 mm) inclusive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    All technical documentation and measurements are based on inch-pound units as the primary standard. Conversion to the metric system (SI) is provided for reference purposes for the convenience of design engineers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    <em>Note: Alloy marking is performed according to the Unified Numbering System (UNS) for metals and alloys ASTM E527 and SAE J1086.
