This standard covers the following grades: UNS N06030, UNS N06035, UNS N06022, UNS N06200, UNS N06059, UNS N10362, UNS N06686, UNS N08020, UNS N08367, UNS N10276, UNS N10665, UNS N10675, UNS N10629, UNS N08031, UNS N06045, UNS N06025, and UNS R20033.<\/p>\n<p>Products manufactured in accordance with this standard are intended for operation in high-temperature conditions and highly aggressive environments, where resistance to corrosion is critical.<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturing processes, such as forging, pressing, rolling, and extrusion, must strictly adhere to heat treatment and hot deformation regulations to ensure structural integrity, leak tightness, and reliability of connections in pipeline systems. EV Group China ensures strict compliance with these requirements at all stages of production.<\/p>\n<p>Quality control includes chemical composition testing for carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper, niobium, tantalum, nitrogen, iron, cobalt, tungsten, vanadium, titanium, zirconium, aluminum, yttrium, and cerium content. Mandatory mechanical tests are also performed: yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation testing of the material.<\/p>\n<p>In the standard documentation, values in the inch-pound system are considered standard. Conversions to SI units are for reference purposes only.
