Metal products are supplied to EV Group China in strict accordance with these standards to ensure maximum reliability in aggressive environments.<\/p>\n<p>UNS N06625 rolled products are classified into two grades based on the heat treatment condition:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grade 1 (annealed):<\/strong> Intended for service at temperatures not exceeding 1100 \u00b0F (593 \u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grade 2 (solution annealed):<\/strong> Optimized for high-temperature service above 1100 \u00b0F (593 \u00b0C), where increased creep resistance and structural stability are critical.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Technical note: Mechanical properties and material microstructure depend directly on adherence to thermal treatment temperature parameters and the purity of the alloy&#8217;s chemical composition.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The UNS N06219 alloy is supplied exclusively in the solution-annealed condition, which ensures uniformity of properties throughout the entire metal volume.<\/p>\n<p>In EV Group China&#8217;s technical documentation, values in the inch-pound system (ASTM standard) are prioritized. Conversions to SI units are for reference purposes only.
