Technical Description and Scope of Application
This specification establishes strict engineering standards for the production of thin, narrow-width strips made from UNS C23000, C26000, and C26130 copper alloys. Products from EV Group China, manufactured according to the ASTM B569 standard, are optimized for the high-tech production of heat exchanger tubes used in internal combustion engine cooling systems and industrial closed-loop heat exchange circuits.
The manufacturing process of the workpiece (cast bar, slab, or plate) guarantees a high degree of alloy purity, ensuring stability during hot and cold deformation, as well as subsequent thermal annealing. The result is the formation of a homogeneous metallurgical structure, which is essential for the reliable operation of products under cyclic loads.
EV Group China supplies rolled products in the following tempers:
- H01 (1/4 hard);
- H02 (1/2 hard);
- O81 (annealed before tempering, 1/4 hard);
- O82 (annealed before tempering, 1/2 hard).
Each batch of products undergoes multi-stage quality control, including precision geometric measurements, comprehensive mechanical testing, grain size evaluation, and spectral analysis of chemical composition in accordance with ASTM protocols.
