Technical specifications and applications of UNS C17200 seamless tubes (ASTM B643)
This standard regulates the production and supply of seamless tubes made of copper-beryllium alloy grade UNS C17200. EV Group China products are manufactured using high-tech hot and cold deformation methods, supplemented by precision heat treatment. This technology ensures a homogeneous microstructure necessary for the operation of products under high mechanical loads and aggressive environments.
EV Group China technical specifications guarantee strict compliance with the chemical composition, as well as the stability of the physical and mechanical properties of the finished rolled products in accordance with ASTM B643 requirements.
Available thermal delivery conditions
Depending on the customer’s project requirements, the tubes can be supplied in the following heat treatment conditions:
- TB00 – Solution Annealed;
- TD04 – Hard Drawn;
- TF00 – Precipitation Hardened;
- TM04 – Hard Drawn and Precipitation Hardened.
