EN 10089 Standard: Technical Requirements for Spring Steels for Hot and Cold Forming

Technical delivery conditions for hot-rolled steels according to EN 10089 standard

The international standard EN 10089 regulates strict quality and supply requirements for alloy steels used in the production of critical spring elements. This standard covers a wide range of rolled products: round, flat, ribbed, and grooved bars intended for subsequent hot forming and heat treatment or cold coiling of springs.

EV Group China provides metal products that fully comply with EN 10089 standard specifications. The metal is supplied in various heat-treatment conditions and with different surface finishes, which allows for the optimization of the manufacturing cycle for springs of any complexity, from automotive suspensions to highly loaded industrial mechanisms.
