The EN 12452 standard establishes strict industry requirements for the geometric characteristics, chemical composition, and dimensional tolerances of seamless copper and copper alloy tubes produced by cold rolling. The technical specification covers copper tubes with the following parameters:
- Outside diameter (D): from 6 to 35 mm;
- Nominal wall thickness (in the non-finned zone): from 1 to 3 mm;
- Maximum fin height: up to 1.5 mm inclusive.
