Technical description and application scope of the EN ISO 12474 standard
The EN ISO 12474 standard regulates the geometric parameters and technical requirements for high-strength hex socket head cap screws. A key feature of these products is the use of a fine-pitch metric thread, which provides increased vibration resistance and positioning accuracy in machine assemblies. The range of nominal thread diameters covers values from 8 to 36 mm. The products are manufactured in accordance with accuracy class A, which guarantees high tolerances and stability of geometric dimensions.
